The Role

We are looking for a dedicated, self-starting growth hacker who has a passion for fintech and thrives in planning and executing marketing campaigns to scale the company to the moon. You love to test marketing hypotheses and learn from them so that we continually optimize and scale them. You will be an integral part of a world-class marketing team, working closely with the mobile ecosystem and our advertising channels on the web platform.

This role will focus on increasing inbound leads from both organic and paid sources, and developing nurture programs to improve acquisition conversion rates across all available platforms

A successful person in this role will be data-driven and enjoy using a systematic approach to test experiments and generate innovative ideas to drive exponential growth. Marketing instincts, product savviness, and an analytical mind are key to driving growth, engagement, and conversion.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Engineering) to create and execute growth ideas and strategies to support user acquisition
  • Work closely with the marketing team to run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of each campaign through to completion
  • Investigate and test channels, ad networks and various ad platform to communicate with existing and prospective users
  • Analyze data to monitor campaign performance, uncover areas for improvement, and develop ways to scale
  • Monitor KPIs on a daily basis, ensuring that we are on track to hitting targets, clearly communicating risks, updates and highlights when needed
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data to the organization
  • Unlock new mobile advertising traffic sources through creative strategies and developing campaign and creative testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts;
  • Work with 3rd party ad-tracking providers to initiate measurement and analysis of all mobile user acquisition and subsequent advertising KPIs;
  • Checking and administering ad network invoices by-product that relates directly to monthly marketing spending.
  • You will get a decent share of number crunching and plenty of creative production and optimization to satisfy your hunger for being a modern-day growth hacker.

This is you

  • 4+ years of relevant growth marketing experience
  • Strong background in performance marketing through core digital channels such as organic and paid social, email, PPC, etc
  • Deeply analytical, expertise in data analytics - can analyze marketing funnels; ability to identify and size growth opportunities and develop ways to meet them
  • The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
  • Excellent planning and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate market dynamics, strategies, tactics, rationale and results
  • Experience with managing budgets and hitting monthly goals for spend, revenue, and key performance metrics
  • Proven experience with leveraging data and testing to improve marketing performance and more efficiently buy media
  • Someone who is determined to do what it takes to win and has a can-do, positive attitude - a hustler looking to move fast in a startup environment
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android marketplaces.
  • Motivated and having the grit to tackle challenging tasks.
  • Mobile fintech experience is not required but preferred.
  • Experience with analytic tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite like MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.
