The Role

We are looking for a dedicated, self-starting marketing analyst who has a passion for fintech and thrives in a sea of data. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to understand how data science can solve the problem. You thrive digging in to improve tracking and measurement, data visualization, testing and evaluation, data integration, or statistical modelling.

You will distill insights and actionable recommendations that drive marketing and overall company growth. You will be an integral part of a world-class marketing organization where you will coordinate with everyone to help achieve cross-functional objectives.

A successful person in this role can take the company from a practically green-field scenario to driving systematic data lead conclusions fueling all channels on a regular basis.

Coinchange is a digital asset management company that merges services of traditional finance with digital currencies and assets in a safe, convenient and profitable way. Our key offering is a proprietary Decentralized Finance (DeFi) platform that enables users to easily invest in financial instruments that earn the clients very high yields while protecting the principle.

We continue to drive value to clients through Machine Learning and AI-based Algorithms to optimize returns, as well as Automated Hedging against market volatility. Additionally, we offer a proprietary digital asset brokerage platform that offers users to easily, quickly and securely trade and hold digital assets at very low rates. Lastly, we protect our clients with best-in-class security protocols, security partners, and we ensure each client’s assets are always safe.

As an early mover in the space, we spent two years developing, designing and solving difficult problems before bringing our proprietary asset management platform to market.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales to systematically break down data needs and ensure each area is getting the data they need to drive growth.
  • Continually challenge and improve data models and investigate anomalies
  • Analyze data to monitor campaign performance, uncover areas for improvement
  • Monitor KPIs on a daily basis, ensuring that we are on track to hitting targets, clearly communicating risks, updates and reports when needed
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from data to the organization
  • Work with 3rd party tracking and analytics providers to ensure the measurement is accurate and dashboards are set up properly


About You

  • 3+ years of relevant analyst experience
  • Deeply analytical, expertise in data analytics, data science - can analyze marketing funnels; ability to identify and size growth opportunities
  • Ability to clearly articulate data lead conclusions, market dynamics, rationale and KPI results
  • A detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organization skills.
  • A logical approach to your work, where others can easily follow your conclusions to your evidence.
  • A drive to keep learning and offer your team support to grow and learn
  • You must be able to extract actionable insights from raw data and communicate them effectively to a diverse set of stakeholders
  • BA / BS in a STEM field preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in excel, SQL and a variety of analytical tools
