The Role:

Our sales department is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Associate to join our Sales Operation team! In this role, you will develop a new prospect and interact with existing customers primarily by phone to increase our sales and revenue. Senior sales associate has the first opportunity to make a positive impression on a potential customer, so you will be responsible for starting an experience that will set the stage for effective sales follow up. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with high energy, creative, can have a positive phone presence, and is willing to take coaching advice and apply it immediately.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions.
  • Customer follows–up and closing deals.
  • Developing leads and referrals.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing customers.
  • Send personalized emails and make outbound calls to targeted prospects.
  • Act as the top of the “sales funnel” with the main objective to increase sales leads and increase the overall sales pipeline.
  • Leverage our CRM system and other relevant tools such as LinkedIn and industry databases to keep track of targeted contacts and manage daily activities.


This is you:

  • Demonstrate sales process and sales closing experience
  • Highly motivated and competitive with superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be coachable, engaging, and passionate about new customer acquisition and driving sales growth.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized with time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • 2+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably within the software/SaaS or Finance Industry.
  • Prior success in carrying and meeting/exceeding sales goals and targets.
  • Proficient with Hubspot or other comparable CRM or lead management applications.
  • A team-playing, positive, and friendly attitude.
  • Good analytical skills with an ability to quickly make decisions.
