How do I close my Coinchange account?
In order to close your Coinchange account, you will need to have a zero balance before you can close your account. If you have a remaining balance in any of your wallets, you will need to transfer your balance to an external wallet.
Once you’re ready to close your account, please contact our support team.
If you change your mind and decide to re-open your account later, please o and we would be happy to re-open your Coinchange account.
