Senior Operations & Liqudity Manage

Position Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Senior Operations & Liquidity Manager to own and drive critical internal workflows, including liquidity management, recruitment support, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our business, requiring strong ownership, agility, and attention to detail. Time intensity varies depending on business demands — from light operational weeks to intense transaction cycles. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and verify manual wire deposits

● Oversee fiat (via BCB) and crypto (via Fireblocks) withdrawal execution

● Maintain and update performance dashboards on investment strategies

● Lead full-cycle liquidity operations, including rebalancing and settlement

● Supervise support agents; review communications for tone, accuracy, and completeness

● Support sales commission reporting and distribution

● Ad-hoc business operations support (e.g., product coordination, documentation, report gathering)
