How do I withdraw cash from my Coinchange account?

Withdrawals via Wire Transfers - US & International bank

To withdraw fiat from Coinchange please follow the steps:

1. Link and verify your bank account on the platform: Coinchange is required to verify the ownership of bank accounts. If you have linked a bank account from which you have made a deposit, the account will automatically be verified. If you have not made a deposit through this bank, our team will reach out with a secure link to submit verification documents.
2. Trade funds: If your funds are in crypto, you must convert them into fiat in order to make a wire withdrawal. If your funds are in the trade account, kindly trade the funds from crypto to USD. If your funds are in the Earn account, kindly transfer your funds from Earn to Trade, then once the processing hold is complete, trade your funds from crypto to fiat.
3. Go to the withdrawal screen, select the amount you would like to withdraw, select your bank, and request.

The Wire transfer will be sent to the bank account according to the wire instructions provided. A wire cannot be initiated if the ownership of the bank account does not match the ownership of your Coinchange account.

Please note that for wire withdrawals there is a flat rate fee of $10 for domestic transfers, and $15 for international transfers.
