Learning more about institutional accounts

Can multiple people in my company access our account?

"Get Multi-User Access for Your Business Account | Register Today!"

Multi-user access is available for business accounts only. In order to get this type of access, please send a request to our support email from your corporate email address. Our team will then guide you through the next steps.

Below you can find more information about the available roles:

  • Viewer role has read-only access to view account balances, graphs, transaction history, and can generate reports.
  • Fund Manager role has access to deposit, withdraw, perform currency trades, and transfer in and out of Earn accounts.

Administrator role has additional permissions to manage bank accounts, request wallet whitelist changes, and invite additional users.
