How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the sign in page and select "Forgot Password?". Once selected, you will be prompted to enter your Coinchange email address. If your email address is registered with us, you will receive an email from Coinchange with instructions on how to reset your password.
If you did not receive an email from us, please check your promotion or spam inbox. If you cannot find the password reset link in your inbox, please contact support.
Please note that the reset email is only valid for 30 minutes.
