How do I disable or troubleshoot my 2-factor authentication?

At this time, we do not allow to disable 2-factor authentication (2FA) to complete this step.

You will need the mobile device and phone number associated with your Coinchange account handy in order to successfully complete the 2-factor authentication. 2FA will not work using a landline or inactive phone numbers, kindly make sure to link a phone number that can receive text messages.

If you have not received your SMS code, we suggest following the below steps:

Step 1: Please ensure that your mobile device software is up to date. If you’re using the web browser to sign in, please ensure that you’re using the latest version of Chrome.

Step 2: Clear your cache and restart your browser.

Step 3: If you’re still not receiving your SMS code, your SMS inbox may be full.

If you did not receive your 6-digit verification code, please wait a few minutes. If you did not receive the code within 15 minutes, please contact support.
