Why do I still need to KYC on the app after submitting all my documents?
After submitting all required documents, your dedicated Yield Manager will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Once your Yield Manager approves your corporate account, you will be required to create your account through our sign-up page, where you will be required to verify your email address, phone number, and submit your ID & selfie, once more. All identification has to get approved by Jumio, our identity verification partner.
