Why haven't I received any compounded earn yet?
Our Earn Account has a cut-off time of 3:00PM Eastern Time for new transfers. If you've transferred funds after the cut-off time, your transfer will be considered for the next business day. Please note that you will start generating Earn on your crypto one business day after your funds have been transferred into your Earn Account.
Please note that the minimum Earn disbursed is 0.00001 USD equivalent. Earn is not disbursed for accounts that generate below that threshold.
If your compounded earn payment has been delayed for more than 2 business days, then please contact support.
