Why is my available to withdraw balance less than my total balance?
The available to withdraw amount is the sum of settled funds.
The total balance and total available to withdraw balance can differ in the following instances:
- You have transferred funds out of the Earn Account (2 business days hold).
- Funds from the Earn Account need to be moved to the Trade Account before they can be withdrawn out of Coinchange.
